My Dear Roland,
So Sad... Not a FEP FEP Blues but a SAD SAD blues song that time. It is with a great sadness that I've learned you left us now. I will never forget all the moments spent working together but above all, all the intense moments, shared discussions over the years you were our A320 Family Chief Eng. Your trust, your smile, staying positive no matter the difficulties (even during this Italian period). "Having fun" all together, while managing our duties was so important for you.
You will stay in my mind and my heart, as for a lot of members of your 'Best team' you were inspiring and taking care.
Thank you Roland and rest in peace.
