My Dear friend Roland
This really difficult to imagine that you left us and that i will never see your smile anymore. I am so sad
If i had to mention only one word about you, it would be clearly "attachant" (in French). Youwere someone very natural, human, close to people, someone kind, approachable, respectful and trustful... You were a special character / animal in our company, because of your profesional backgound but also and mainly because of your other passions in life, motorcycles, hard rock, tatoos... playing rock during our team booster, creating some songs about difficult meeting (the famous FEP blues), always traveling with your guitar... I have so great memories with you, at work together and with the BSE team and your core team - Marie Line, Isabelle, Stuart, ... but also out of work, having you at home for dinner with my family and sharing together a good bottle of red wine.
Roland it has been a real honour to be your executive assistant during two years, for your last role and position in Airbus as A320 Family Chief Engineer. I know how much I owe you (and Franck S) to be where i am today. Roland, you will stay forever in my mind and my heart. You inspired me and will continue to inspire me as engineer but also as a person.
Rest in Peace my friend, with your motorcyles, your guitars and your eternal smile
