Dear Roland,
It is with great sadness that I see you leave now. The few years during which I worked with you between Toulouse and Singapore were very enriching, both personally and professionally. What wonderful moments of shared discussions. You have shown us time and again how to overcome great challenges, by supporting us young engineers, by giving us your trust, and always in a good mood, staying positive no matter the adversity. "Having fun" all together was so important to progress as a team. And your ability to manage, or even combine, staying true to yourself all your business & passions was incredible, you stay a true source of inspiration.

My thoughts are with your family and your loved ones during these difficult times.
